The first step to take in ensuring you can change Blogger is to avoid the standard set up and choose the little-publicised "Advanced Settings". By doing this you will be able to have absolute control over Blogger blogs. Just follow my video and you'll be able to set up Blogger to used advanced settings - the first part of your control.

Once you have set up Blogger using the "advanced settings" mode you can then control blogger by getting it to use your design by replacing the "template" it uses. In this way you can incorporate a blog within your web site design, or you could create a whole new web site that you update using Blogger.
